What to expect:

With our Personal Training Sessions we will be able to embrace your player’s unique style and elevate their game with personalized instruction.

A typical 1 Hour session will consist of:

  • 5-10 minute warm ups and stretch routines:

    • I believe this is a critical step in creating good habits, better form and overall physical health.

  • 10-15 minute basics infield

    • Here we assess skill level and cover in fielding techniques

    • Learning strategy, infield skills & best plays

  • 10-15 minute basic outfield

    • Focus on pop ups and outfield ball approach

    • Throw accuracy & mechanics

  • 10-15 minute batting &/or pitching focus

  • 5-10 minute wrap up summary. Cool down and stretch

    • This gives us a chance to go over our session. What we saw was really working and what we may plan to work on // focus on next!

A typical 2 hour session will consist of:

  • 5-10 minute warm ups and stretch routines:

  • 15-20 minute basics infield drills and skills

    • Here we assess skill level and cover in fielding techniques

    • Learning strategy, infield skills & best plays

  • 15-20 minute basic outfield drills and skills

    • Focus on pop ups and long ball plays

    • Throw accuracy & mechanics

  • 20-25 minute action

    • Play the field, rotate positions and make the plays

    • Focus on fielding decisions and playmaking

  • 5-10 minute snack / water break/ strategy talk

    • I like to use the cool down and water break to sneak in some strategy & theory as well as what is really working and depending on their level what could be improved upon in the future

  • 20-25 minutes of hitting & or pitching

  • 5-10 minute cool down recap and planning

What do you need?

All you really need a positive attitude. But please also bring a water bottle, sneakers and glove. If you have a bat that you love and a helmet, that would be awesome too, if not- just let me know- I’ve got you covered!
